Three simple steps to get started:

1.
SAVE THE E-MAIL ADDRESS

At the bottom of your welcome e-mail, you will find
Add us to your address book

– make sure that you have clicked on the link so that future e-mails don’t end up in the spam folder.

It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated with all the information we send you.

2.
AGREEMENT

We have established an non-binding assignment agreement for both your and our security.

The agreement also has a personal data processing agreement and a data protection policy in line with GDPR. 

– We need you to accept the terms of approval, wich is easily done via the form below. (In Swedish)

3.
REPRESENTATIVES

You need to make us declaration representatives at Skatteverket (Swedish Tax Agency) so that we can help your company in the best possible way. 

Click the link below and this can easily be done at Skatteverket’s website.

How to make us declaration representatives

  • Click on Inloggning at ”Logga in till e-tjänsten” and log in with Swedish e-identification
  • Choose Utse person som ombud
  • Check that Mig själv (gäller även enskild firma) is ticked and click on Nästa
  • Enter the personnummer (social security numbers) for our coworkers that you have received in your e-mail
  • Choose Deklarationsombud under ”Behörighet”
  • Leave today’s date and Tills vidare ticked
  • Click on Lägg till
  • Ensure that the names are correct and then click on Nästa
  • Examine the information, tick the box Jag har granskat..  and then click on Skriv under & skicka in
  • Follow the instructions and sign it with your e-identification
  • If you have a limited company (aktiebolag), repeat all the above steps on behalf of the company
