Click on Inloggning at ”Logga in till e-tjänsten” and log in with Swedish e-identification
Choose Utse person som ombud
Check that Mig själv (gäller även enskild firma) is ticked and click on Nästa
Enter the personnummer (social security numbers) for our coworkers that you have received in your e-mail
Choose Deklarationsombud under ”Behörighet”
Leave today’s date and Tills vidare ticked
Click on Lägg till
Ensure that the names are correct and then click on Nästa
Examine the information, tick the box Jag har granskat.. and then click on Skriv under & skicka in
Follow the instructions and sign it with your e-identification
If you have a limited company (aktiebolag), repeat all the above steps on behalf of the company
